Au Cheese Factory.

Since mid-2005, the pilgrim's cheese and traditional Appenzell cheese has been produced at the Au cheese factory.

By developing the pilgrim's cheese, cheese master Franz Heinzer has created a product that perfectly corresponds to the Hinterthurgau. At the same time, he has found a way to process the milk from the area.
